Nevertheless, in a statement, Pi Network said the main net launch, set for 8 AM UTC on February 20, 2025, will be a huge “milestone.” They also acknowledged the “millions” of their KYC-verified pioneers and early adopters who helped connect the platform with “external systems for use in real-world applications like never before.”

Pi, available as an IOU token on several exchanges like HTX (although note they just delisted an old fake Pi ready to list the real one!) and BitMart, was trading at $61 when this article was written but spiked to as high as $100 on February 12. As an IOU token, Pi cannot be withdrawn to external wallets.
